To do this, students  made a dragon as a sacred animal in Chinese culture that means good omen. In addition, they accompanied him with the different animals of the Chinese zodiac and with the traditional red and yellow lanterns.

The students have collaborated with great enthusiasm in this celebration held this time at the School, enjoying being immersed in the culture of the language they are learning.

Arenas School, first bilingual (Spanish-English) of the Canary Islands, and an expert in Modern Languages (Chinese, German and French), is a pioneer in the introduction of Mandarin Chinese in its curriculum, being the first School in the Canary Islands to teach it to all its students .

Happy Year of the Ox!
